I first went to Dr Buch in December 2023 for the periodic bouts of excruciating pain I’d been experiencing for a year in various parts of my body.… quite distinct from the two decade old pain from osteoarthritis. His gentle and friendly manner immediately put me at ease… and what made a world of difference was his unique approach of methodical diagnosis and non aggressive line of treatment. When we found I had rheumatoid arthritis apart from the osteoarthritis I was naturally alarmed at the thought of a life that would just get worse and worse from the pain. However, together we went through a journey of discovering the best way to live pain free without unnecessary medications for rheumatoid arthritis or surgery for the osteoarthritic left knee. By May 2024, I was able to go for mini treks with my daughter, and by the end of the year, I’d figured out how to live pain free, which is just so incredible.
